ACG Mid-Atlantic Growth Conference

In an interview with Association for Corporate Growth National Capital, Ricky White, Partner at RyanSharkey, says that Government contracting still drives the majority of M&A activity in the Mid-Atlantic region.

“I think favorable borrowing rates, the desire by companies to add capabilities through M&A as opposed to building internally, and idle cash are all factors driving the M&A activity in the region.”
