A partnership since 1995, Jake Frazer and Patrick Malcor served together as officers in the U.S. Army, followed by operational and business development roles at Kellogg Brown & Root ("KBR") in the Balkans, the U.S. and across the Middle East and Central Asia.

For 9 years they led Theodor Wille Intertrade AG (“TWI”) as the chief executives and built the company into a global leader in defense supply chain & logistics, one of only 15 companies recognized as a Gold-Tier supplier for the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency. 

A U.S. Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) since 2016, based in Atlanta, GA with overseas offices in Switzerland and U.A.E., FRAMCOR provides innovative professional services to industry partners worldwide.
