We look to partner with owners of established prime/sub-contractors with strong past performance records both in the U.S. and overseas, with proven operations teams that are willing to stay with the company and work with us to grow and develop.
Target Criteria
  • Annual​ revenue up to $30M; profits in range of $1M - $10M.
  • Current revenue from U.S. Government contracts (prime and/or sub)
  • Ops management team in place and willing to stay
  • Strong performance track record reflected in CPARS and other contractor ratings
